How to become a member

Documentation to be submitted: 

1. Letter addressed to the Secretariat of the NYCC (governing body) applying to join the Council and the capacity in which they wish to join - fully-fledged member or associate 

2. Certificate issued by the secretary on the agreement of the organisation’s executive body expressing its desire to become part of the NYCC and to observe its Statutes 

3. The organisation's Statutes 

4. Copy from the corresponding registry certifying that the organisation is registered

 5. Report on the previous year’s activities

 6. Certificate issued by the secretary stating the number of members in the organisation (with member taken to mean as defined in the Statutes, or at least the people with the right to vote at assemblies) (attached template no. 3)

7. Certificate issued by the secretary stating the composition of the organisation’s executive body and the date of birth of its members (attached template no. 4)

8. Endorsement of seven members of the NYCC (attached template no. 5)

 The types expressed in the first point (fully-fledged or associate) and the requirements to be a fully-fledged member are described in article 5 of the Statutes. The procedure to join the NYCC is established in articles 7 and 8.
