Training and facilitation

The National Youth Council of Catalonia (CNJC) also has a team of workers dedicated to training and facilitation and who are available to organisations.

The CNJC’s team of trainers and facilitators seeks to cater to training needs in the association world by providing training in key topics and mentoring in processes for organisations and groups of young people. It strives to provide quality content and to explore issues relevant to young people so as to encourage youth associations and groups of young people to leverage this learning in their day-to-day work.

We have a training catalogue with a total of eight training items and facilitations involving one session, and four training paths comprised of three correlative sessions. Those training are free for CNJC members and their grass-roots organisations.

We also have two workshops, free of charge for all young people's organisations or groups, intended to provide support and mentoring in association-forming processes and also to deal with any queries regarding the day-to-day management of an organisation.
